  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has started.
  • If work has already begun, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
  • Once the final draft/deliverables are delivered, cancellations are not possible.

b) Digital Products

  • Since digital products are available for instant download, cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is confirmed.
  • If you mistakenly purchased multiple times, contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Must request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the final deliverables.
  • You must provide valid reasons—such as unsatisfactory quality or non-delivery within the promised timeframe.

b) Digital Products:

  • Refunds are permitted within 24 hours of purchase if the product is defective or significantly misrepresented.
  • No refunds after download or 24-hour window.

5. Exclusions

Refunds or cancellations cannot be made for:

  • Services where unlimited or multiple revisions are specified and still within that revision period.
  • Digital products accessed or downloaded beyond the 24-hour post-purchase window.
