3. Cancellation Policy
a) Services (Resume/CV, LinkedIn, Cover Letter, etc.)
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has started.
- If work has already begun, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Once the final draft/deliverables are delivered, cancellations are not possible.
b) Digital Products
- Since digital products are available for instant download, cancellations are not permitted once the purchase is confirmed.
- If you mistakenly purchased multiple times, contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following scenarios:
a) Services (e.g., Resume/CV, cover letters):
- Must request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the final deliverables.
- You must provide valid reasons—such as unsatisfactory quality or non-delivery within the promised timeframe.
- If revisions cannot resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
b) Digital Products:
- Refunds are permitted within 24 hours of purchase if the product is defective or significantly misrepresented.
- No refunds after download or 24-hour window.
5. Exclusions
Refunds or cancellations cannot be made for:
- Services where unlimited or multiple revisions are specified and still within that revision period.
- Digital products accessed or downloaded beyond the 24-hour post-purchase window.
- Change of mind, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
